1. About these Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of aonamitech.com and any Astiron-branded website ("Site"), the Astiron platform and its downstream products (Astiron Scrutiny, Astiron Vector, Astiron Eagle, Astiron Part-ID), and Aonami's other product surfaces (Currents, Auditor, Scout) ("Services").

"Aonami", "we", "us", "our" mean Aonami Technologies Pvt. Ltd., CIN U62011DL2025PTC457233, GSTIN 07ABECA0310M1Z0, registered at Flat No. 1/2/3, DLF Building, Greater Kailash II, South Delhi, New Delhi - 110 048. "You" means the individual or the organisation you represent.

By accessing the Site or Services you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are accessing on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation.

3. Nature of the Services

Aonami builds sovereign, on-premises, air-gap-deployable software for defence, government, and regulated-industry customers, plus a real-time data & compliance suite for banks and fintechs. Enterprise / defence deployments are governed by a separate written agreement (Master Services Agreement, SoW, DPR, PO) with Aonami. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to sell, a warranty of fitness for a specific customer environment, or a commitment to deploy without such an agreement.

4. Site content — permitted use

Site content (text, graphics, logos, product documentation, case studies) is provided for information only. You may view and print reasonable portions for internal, non-commercial use. Any other use — reproduction, redistribution, framing, scraping, or use to train AI models — requires our prior written consent. The Astiron mark, product names, and Aonami logos are trademarks of Aonami; you receive no licence to them.

5. Accounts, demos, and evaluations

Where we offer a demo, evaluation licence, or hosted trial, you agree to:

• provide accurate information,
• safeguard credentials,
• use the Service only for the evaluation purpose stated, and
• not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract model weights beyond what is expressly permitted.

Evaluation Services are provided as-is without warranty; production use requires a signed commercial agreement.

6. Acceptable use

You will not use the Site or Services to:

• Violate any Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any Aonami system without prior written authorisation (see § 15 for coordinated disclosure).
• Introduce malware, submit false or misleading data, or impersonate any person or entity.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place unreasonable load on the Site or Services.
• Access, copy, or use content in a manner that infringes any intellectual property or confidentiality right.
• Use the Services to process content that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, or that violates a third party's rights.

7. Fees

Fees for production Services are set out in the applicable order document (SoW, PO, DPR). Site content and public demos are free of charge. All fees are exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes, which will be charged additionally at prevailing rates.

8. Intellectual property

• Aonami IP. All Aonami platform IP, source code, models, weights, documentation, trademarks, and know-how are and remain the property of Aonami or its licensors, except as expressly transferred under a signed agreement.
• Customer data. In on-premises / air-gap deployments, all data your organisation processes through Astiron remains yours; Aonami has no ownership claim over it.
• Jointly-developed IP. Where a signed engagement (e.g. iDEX / DPSU challenge) provides for joint IP, ownership follows that engagement's terms. Absent such terms, IP developed under an engagement funded by a customer is treated as background + newly-developed, with newly-developed IP owned by Aonami and licensed to the customer per the engagement.
• Feedback. If you send us suggestions or feedback about the Site or Services, we may use it without restriction or obligation, provided we do not identify you.

9. Confidentiality

Information marked or reasonably understood to be confidential is protected under a mutual NDA (either signed separately or embedded in the applicable agreement). This Site does not itself create a confidential relationship — do not submit confidential information through public forms unless we have signed an NDA.

10. Third-party links & services

The Site may reference third-party websites (press articles, standards bodies, partner listings). Aonami is not responsible for the content or practices of third parties. Your dealings with third parties are between you and that third party.

11. Warranties & disclaimers

The Site is provided as-is and as-available. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aonami disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and error-free operation, in relation to the Site itself. Warranties for production Services are those set out in the applicable signed agreement — no others.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aonami's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site (as distinct from a signed commercial agreement) shall not exceed INR 10,000. Aonami shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility. Liability under a signed commercial agreement is governed by that agreement.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Aonami, its directors, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• your breach of these Terms,
• your violation of applicable law, or
• your infringement of any third-party right in connection with your use of the Site.

14. Compliance & export controls

Aonami operates under Indian law and the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999. Where the Services or their outputs are subject to export-control or defence-industry regulations, you agree not to re-export, transfer, or make them available to any foreign entity, foreign government, or entity with majority foreign ownership except in compliance with those regulations and any conditions set by Aonami in the applicable agreement.

15. Coordinated security disclosure

If you discover a security vulnerability in the Site or Services, please report it to security@aonamitech.com. Do not publicly disclose the vulnerability until we have had a reasonable opportunity to remediate. We do not pursue good-faith security researchers who follow this process.

16. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or an evaluation Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, are using the Site to harm us or others, or where required by law. Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations that by their nature survive (IP, confidentiality, indemnity, limitation of liability, governing law).

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with an updated Effective date. Material changes affecting a signed commercial agreement will be communicated directly to the counterparty.

18. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India. The parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through senior-management discussion for 30 days before resorting to litigation, unless urgent injunctive relief is required.

19. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control — including acts of God, war, terrorism, cyber-attack, epidemic, government action, or network / power failures — provided the affected party notifies the other promptly and resumes performance as soon as practicable.

20. Miscellaneous

• Entire agreement. These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy and any signed commercial agreement) constitute the entire agreement between you and Aonami with respect to the Site.
• Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect.
• No waiver. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
• Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign to an affiliate or successor in a corporate transaction.
• Notices. Notices to Aonami should be sent to info@aonamitech.com with a copy to the registered office above.
